Features
E61 Group Head
The ECM Mechanika V Slim features the extremely well known and widely used E61 group head. Noble design and outstanding technology. Due to its unique construction, water spillings are avoided.
Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Boiler
The Mechanika’s 2.1 liter boiler is mounted horizontally by a solid bracket and made of stainless steel for enhanced heat retention and corrosion resistance. The heat exchanger allows the Mechanika to brew and steam at the same time and the boiler is heated by a 1400 watt element for a consistent brew temperature of approximately 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Professional Gauges
The Mechanika features two professional gauges. First indicates pump pressure, whereas second displays boiler pressure. Both are a great feedback tool which let you better understand your machine and improve your final results.
Vibratory Pump
The ECM Mechanika Slim features a vibratory pump which delivers even pressure, is easily adjustable and very durable.
Large Water Tank
The large water reservoir holds 2.8 liters of water.
Large Drip Tray
Drip tray with even more capacity and more space – even for big cups. Creates more convenience for coffee preparation avoiding annoying spillings on the countertop.
No Burn Steam And Hot Water Wands
The machine is equipped with no burn steam and hot water wands that can be manipulated without worry about scolding your hands.

The Eureka Mignon Specialita
Overview
With its Italian styling, near silent grinding and exceptional durability, the Eureka Mignon Specialita has quickly become one of the baristas’ favorite flat grinders. The 55mm flat grinders, with the exclusive addition of the “Easy Set” feature, are among the best automatic household grinders on the market.
Specialita is the latest and most premium version of the Mignon series. The grinder is compact and suitable for a variety of brewing methods, from espresso to French press, and provides a consistent grind.

Burrs
The Mignon Specialita’s 55 mm flat burrs are made of hardened steel, treated with “Diamond-inside” technology.
Diamond Inside is Eureka’s patented process of treating burrs at a temperature of -193 degrees C (patent pending). This results in the formation of an increased crystal structure that guarantees a superior wear resistance and life.
Diamond Inside can protect the sharpness of the burrs longer – that is, making burr-replacement necessary only after around 1000 kg – 1300 kg ground – that’s 72222 cups of coffee
300g Hopper
Eureka’s now famous mignon-series design hopper that comes with the Specialita can hold 300 grams of coffee beans at a time.
Silent Technology
The exclusive anti-vibration solution reduces the grinding noise by approximately 20 dB compared to the conventional grinders and paves the way for a new way of grinding coffee: accurate and quiet.
Designed to prevent clumps and eliminate any electrostatic charge in ground coffee, the ACE System is the common denominator in every Eureka on-demand grinder. Due to its regulating action over coffee outflow, the ACE System ensures excellent cleanliness and dose consistency.
Touch Screen
The Eureka Mignon Specialita has a touch screen that allows for selecting between two doses or continuous grinding.
